Dental21 is the dental chapter of Patient21 - the Germany-wide healthcare network of the future. To date, dental, gynecological and general medical practices and clinics are united under the umbrella brand.
The fact that patient well-being is particularly close to our hearts has a lot to do with who we are: Many of our team members come from medical professions themselves, others have experienced first-hand what it can mean to lie helpless in the treatment chair. All of these perspectives flow into our work - and in turn benefit the people who place their trust in us. So far, we have helped more than 100,000 people. And the number is growing every day.

Located on Berlin’s Kurfürstendamm, our modern training center offers practical knowledge that can be applied directly in day-to-day practice, thanks to the standardized equipment across all our clinics
What makes our courses unique is their strong hands-on focus—allowing participants to put what they’ve learned into practice right away. With parallel workshops for dental assistants and billing teams, the entire practice team is engaged in new treatment approaches, helping us continually expand our service offering with cutting-edge methods.

What makes our courses unique is their strong hands-on focus—allowing participants to put what they’ve learned into practice right away. With parallel workshops for dental assistants and billing teams, the entire practice team is engaged in new treatment approaches, helping us continually expand our service offering with cutting-edge methods.
Our programs range from 3D X-ray certification (DVT) with Sirona or Dürr to aligner trainings with Invisalign and ClearCorrect, and internal implantology courses for both beginners and advanced dentists—often in collaboration with partners like Straumann or Camlog. The portfolio is rounded out by practical endodontic workshops with Dentsply Sirona and VDW.
Beyond professional development, we foster genuine exchange through networking events, fresh perspectives, and interdisciplinary dialogue. For strong teams, modern dentistry, and a community that grows together.

It didn’t take long for her to realize: the existing system is often rigid, lacks digitalization, and deprives dentists of what they need most—time with their patients.

It all began with a vision: healthy and beautiful teeth for everyone, not a question of money, but of the right dental concept. For Nora Bassti, dentist, founder of the One Dental Academy, and Director of Dental Excellence at Dental21, this is more than just a guiding principle—it’s her driving force.
After studying dentistry at Charité Berlin, she specialized in aesthetic and digital dentistry and spent several years working as a practitioner in Berlin-based clinics. It didn’t take long for her to realize: the existing system is often rigid, lacks digitalization, and deprives dentists of what they need most—time with their patients.
Her response? Stepping out of the clinic and into a medtech startup that set out to disrupt the dental industry with a B2C approach. After successfully scaling the company and exiting to a global dental player, she took a break—and during that time, met the founders of Dental21. Over lunch, a new vision was born: a scalable, preventive, and fully digital model of care—rethinking modern dentistry.
Just eight weeks later, they launched the Department of Dental Excellence together, with the mission to create an environment where dentistry at Dental21 becomes more innovative, efficient, and modern than ever before.
